Western Arizona Council of Governments (WACOG) is partnering with Elaine K Sanchez, author, speaker, and co-founder of CaregiverHelp.com, to host this special event.

If all of your memories of holidays past look like a Hallmark greeting card, this event might not be for you.

But if you’re a caregiver and  you’ve ever knocked yourself out  trying to create the perfect family gathering only to have it ruined by a manipulative mother, a drunk uncle, a drama-queen sister, or a pandemic, please join us!

You will laugh through your tears as Elaine shares hilarious holidaydisaster stories and provides insights into managing the emotional stress of caregiving during the holidays.

You will come away with strategies that will help: 

  • Create realistic expectations

  • Set boundaries

  • Enjoy a guilt-free holiday
